Overview

SkoolSkins is a free browser extension that applies visual themes to Skool.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What We Collect

• Claim form data: first name, last name, email address, and your consent choice when you request a free key.
• Extension storage: selected theme ID, theme CSS cached locally in your browser, and simple settings like “skins enabled.” This data stays in your browser unless you clear it.
• Operational logs: minimal server-side logs (e.g., rate limiting or error diagnostics) when using our claim/verify API, if enabled.
• Turnstile: if we enable Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), your submission includes a token verified by Cloudflare. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

How We Use Information

• To issue and verify your free license key.
• To provide product updates if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse (e.g., bot/spam checks).
• To improve reliability and performance of our CDN and API.

What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not inject trackers into Skool pages.
• We do not read your Skool content; the extension only injects CSS for styling.

No Ads No Resale No Tracking Pixels

Data Sharing

We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate SkoolSkins (for example: Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection). If we use an automation webhook (e.g., n8n) to deliver keys or emails, that service will receive the claim payload for processing. All providers are bound by their own terms and policies.

Retention

Claim records may be retained as long as necessary to operate the service and honor unsubscribe requests. You may request deletion as described below. Browser-stored data (your theme choice and cached CSS) remains until you clear it or uninstall the extension.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe: use the link in any email or contact us to stop updates.
• Deletion: email us to request removal of your claim record.
• Clear local data: in your browser, remove the extension or clear its storage to reset themes and cached CSS.

Security

We use reputable providers (e.g., Cloudflare) and apply reasonable technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your information.

International Users

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries with different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here and update the “Effective date.” Continued use indicates acceptance.
